We went to eat there on a Saturday night, and everything was good except for the noodles, which were way overcooked—a shame. That evening, the person in charge of the wok station wasn't friendly at all. He took the plates, did his job, and threw them on the counter without a word; it was a very cold attitude. Otherwise, the rest of the staff was very friendly. I still recommend this restaurant, which remains of good quality.

A very popular restaurant with a huge buffet and excellent value for money. At €17.90 on Saturday at lunchtime, including drinks and coffee, it's hard to find a better deal. However, we found the quality rather average. I tried several things: shrimp, sushi, stuffed shells, sweet and sour shrimp with rice… nothing really impressed me. I would have liked to try the wok, but there were about 25 people in line. The restaurant was also very noisy and packed to the last table. That said, the person whose birthday we were celebrating enjoyed it, so it was a success. It's a great place primarily for its selection, quantity, and price.

Panda Wok in Hagenau offers a solid selection of Asian dishes at reasonable prices. The food was tasty, but nothing special. The service was friendly. Overall, it's an average restaurant for a casual visit if you're in the mood for wok dishes.

Traditional buffet, but quite empty at this hour: 1 p.m. I understand the need to be mindful of waste, but it's important to offer enough throughout the service.

We came for dinner on a Saturday evening. It was quite busy, so I definitely recommend making a reservation! There's a good selection of seafood and typical Asian dishes, especially Chinese. However, I would have liked a better selection of vegetables. The sushi was okay—the rice was too watery and overcooked, giving it a strange taste. If you want something stir-fried, you can hand it to the server. Communication was difficult, as the server didn't speak German or English. The food preparation was also very chaotic. You hand over your plate and have to wait at the counter/cooking station until the server is finished. This quickly creates a long queue at the counter. Furthermore, the server—who was working alone—frequently mixed up orders. Other people ended up with my vegetables or meat on their plates. Very chaotic! Customer service leaves much to be desired! Otherwise, the restaurant is large and offers spacious tables for groups. It cost approximately €26 per person, including drinks. All in all, it's okay for buffet fans, but be prepared for very long wait times and chaotic food preparation.

I was there last night. I'm very happy with my visit. The food is delicious and fresh. The staff is kind and helpful. I was with my family. Everyone enjoyed the food.
