Panoramic Restaurant sur Dieppe

Stayed 4 nights here and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 410 which is a nice room and well decorated and reasonably priced. The room is quiet, and you can hardly hear outside if you keep the windows shut. There is a pub behind the hotel which serves Guinness and a local lounge bar not far on the same street as the hotel which is quite handy The view from the terrace is beautiful, and the hotel is not far from local restaurants, some even open outside of normal meal hours. You are not far from small shops where you can buy most of what you would need when on holidays However, I cannot give more than 3 stars because of the following. -The Wi-Fi exists but with 5-6 MBPs, it is barely usable and definitely no way you can stream, it also cuts out regularly and at the end of the day, I used my 5G -The floor from the bed to the second part of the room slopes down, it is not flat, probably OK for most people but difficult if you have a disability walking as I do -The website mentions a bar,  https://www.hotelwindsor.fr/   but there is no bar, not only is there no bar, you cannot buy beer from reception, to make matters worse, there is no fridge in the room. Reception will, however, put your beer in their fridge upon request -The terrace outside the room is nice to have, but don't expect to be able to sit there and watch the sea unless you're very short and peep through the holes or extremely tall -There is no air conditioning or flow of air coming to the room, if you open a window, the outside is very noisy, and you have to keep the windows shut, the room can get a bit stuffy. -The Tripadvisor page says "Free High Speed Internet (WiFi)" which is false -The Tripadvisor page says "Free breakfast" which is also false

Great location. Helpful staff. Our room with sea view and balcony was extremely tired. Very good breakfast.

One drawback is the slightly expensive breakfast. While it is all-you-can-eat and offers a lovely view, €17 per person seems a bit excessive, especially since the bread wasn't fresh.

We come to Dieppe regularly, but this is the first time we've stayed at this hotel. A delicate, subtle fragrance welcomes you as soon as you enter. Ideally located, facing the sea and a five-minute walk from the town center. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very well maintained, and the bedding is perfect. The breakfast room offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The buffet is very well stocked; nothing is lacking. The staff is very welcoming and particularly kind. We will probably return on our next trip. I highly recommend it.

Magnificent hotel by the sea. The rooms are very nice, and the bedding is perfect! Breakfast overlooking the sea is incredibly charming, and the selection is varied, offering both sweet and savory options. Furthermore, the managers are very attentive to their guests, always available, and extremely pleasant. Thank you for the wonderful weekend you gave us; we will return with immense pleasure!

It's always a real pleasure to return to this hotel with my family. The staff is excellent and very pleasant, and the rooms are always spotless. I absolutely loved this exceptional and spacious room with its magnificent sea view! A true escape! The hotel is very well located. I recommend having breakfast with this panoramic view, which you won't find in other hotels in Dieppe. I'm already thinking about our next visit to recharge. Thank you.

We had a very pleasant stay; the staff were friendly, and the breakfast with a sea view was excellent. The only downside was the difficulty finding a parking space during the busy holiday weekend. We would gladly return.
