Nice place, despite its inconvenient location. The portions are more than reasonable for the price. The loc lac meat is incredibly tender, the pho is quite unusual because the noodles inside aren't the same as the ones I usually eat, but overall it's still good. The brown sugar is pretty good, but drink it quickly before the bubble tea ruins the flavor.

We've never been to the restaurant itself, but we've had the opportunity to order there many times. We've tried different dishes and we've found them all to be very good! Good value for money.

The best brown sugar bubble tea I've ever had, it was almost like caramel! Very good, and the staff were very friendly. However, you have to repeat yourself several times for the server to remember your order 😅
