Parc Hôtel sur Carvin

Passing through the region, we stayed one night. The manager gave us a warm welcome, and we quickly struck up a conversation about our shared interest in having adopted a dog from Eastern Europe. We met his partner the next day, who was just as charming and friendly. They take excellent care of their guests... We will gladly return.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice service, comfortable beds. The bedding is very clean, they clean it constantly, so it's not dirty.

Had a wonderful stay during my business trip. Hotel is quiet and in a very convenient location that makes access with car easy. There is also a big parking lot. Rooms were comfortable and clean and stuff was very kind. Biggest highlight was the restaurant. Food was amazing, really tasty and well presented. Will definitely stay there again!

Several stays here and always so great. Being on the move a lot, I have rarely seen such pleasant and helpful staff, regardless of the position. Special mention to Clémence 😉 who, yesterday, after a 2-hour train delay (arrival at the hotel at 10:15 p.m.), had a ready-made salad waiting for me with a smile 😍 Top-notch restaurant and well-stocked breakfast. I highly recommend this establishment (the Nimoise)

We came back here to sleep for work. This time we also ate at the hotel restaurant, which was very nice and well-located. The staff was rushed, and the service was too fast. The appetizer arrived 10 minutes before the drinks. Luckily, it was a carpaccio and didn't get cold. Then, to set up the wobbly table, the waitress, again in a rush, completely avoided the foot of the table, making things worse, and then got impatient... it's a shame because the presentation and food are excellent, but the service definitely needs updating. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, but again, at 9:00 with the room empty, the guy was already preparing lunch, even though breakfast time allowed for it until 9:30. At least he was accommodating and told me not to worry and to take it easy, but when you're the only one in the room and three people keep setting the table for you... you feel a little uncomfortable... but all in all, it was a decent experience overall.

Very clean hotel. We come at least once a year. However, we missed the air conditioning. It wasn't working. We had a noisy night with the window wide open. We were told that the air conditioning hadn't worked for 15 years. We were surprised by this response, even though the power to the control was on. We were told that it was the same last year. Curious, we came back; it means our stay had gone well. From now on, I'll call ahead to make my reservation to ensure the air conditioning is working properly. We hope for greater transparency in the information.

Very well located, less than 5 km from the highway exit, the food is very good, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The starters are unlimited and varied, the main courses are good and cater to all tastes, the wines are quality, there is a wide selection of desserts, and the same goes for the cheeses. The quality/price ratio is reasonable. This restaurant can be enjoyed alone or as a couple, and it has a room for business meetings, is accessible to people with disabilities, and there is ample parking.

The Parc Hotel is right next to the highway. Next to the hotel is a fast-food chain and a swimming pool, so skip the former. The food is fantastic. I chose the farm chicken with wild risotto and yellow wine sauce, which was delicious. The salads were very good, as was the egg with chorizo. The dessert, four small pastries with espresso, rounded out the evening. Besides the excellent food, we slept like babies. The four-bed room is ideal for families traveling. The host and hostess were super friendly and hospitable.
