Following 4 metro blockages, we all missed the TGV.
Hassan at the hotel reception was very professional, friendly and understanding. In addition, we had a baby and there were 6 of us with our ski suitcases++
Everything was very good.

Hotel ideally located opposite the Monparnasse station, the rooms are clean, quiet, small, but for one it is very suitable, welcoming staff.

Efficient staff, excellent bedding, clean room, express breakfast (7€) the essentials!! good with squeezed orange juice, elevator broken!! It's been over six months!!! But the prices increase easily, don't overdo it with a 14m2 room...140€ max is good...afterwards the TGV arrives at the hotel door!!!!

Last minute arrival following problems in the metro and missing my train. They were not welcomed and immediately offered a room despite renovation work. Very clean hotel and great welcome even at breakfast. I highly recommend.

Good 3 star room.
Great staff. Friendly and smiling, which has to be noted, in Paris!
Didn't get breakfast though, because we left early, so wouldn't know what it is worth.
