On the other hand, not as many choices as I have the tang brother! Not much choice for mochi and kimchi...

Prices have seriously increased on almost all products.
Very little new or new products.
Free parking, quite large and spacious
Probably more practical for local residents or professionals but for me it is less stocked in products compared to the brand's store located in Paris 13th which is my usual store.
