Parisik sur Paris

Excellent experience at Parisik. I want to commend the staff who were attentive and pleasant. A carafe of water was provided upon arrival, there was no pressure to order, and they always checked to see if anything was missing. Truly excellent in that regard! As for the food, it's very good value for money in this neighborhood. The flavors are spot on and the ingredients are well-prepared.

Excellent service and food, recommend it

It's extremely good, extremely refined, and frankly, inexpensive. I've never tried the noodles upstairs, but I've been to the restaurant several times and they're very good. Everyone I've introduced it to has loved the quality.

I stumbled upon this Korean restaurant, thinking it would be different from the others that offer the same old reworked classics (bibimbap, Korean BBQ, etc.). In the end, the experience was very positive. We had lunch on the ground floor, watching the chefs working in front of us (there's a more spacious dining area in the basement). The cold pork appetizer was delicious with its soy sauce. The gomtang was equally delicious; the strips of slow-cooked pork were incredibly tender, and the broth was flavorful. I recommend ordering the chili oil with it; it adds another dimension and really enhances the dish. The way the chefs prepare the gomtang is surprising. You can see that it takes time to make (they drizzle and drain the rice with the broth several times). The donkatsu was good and a generous portion.

A real gem in Paris! The flavors are exceptional, with Korean cuisine featuring bistro-style touches, at very reasonable prices. The setting is equally captivating: a magnificent vaulted cellar, enhanced by a stunning design that creates an atmosphere that is both contemporary and welcoming. A true treasure that's well worth a visit!

What a wonderful discovery! A warm welcome, early in the morning. The place quickly filled up. The amuse-bouche was very flavorful and creamy. The tuna bibimbap offered lovely nuances of flavor with its egg. An experience to be repeated! Thank you to the chef and the entire team.
