Canteen style restaurant. You help yourself. Receptionist is an apprentice with little culinary knowledge. The beef is hearty and good, but you don't have to look further than to fill your belly.

Incredibly good, as someone who loves African food, it was a delight. The Yassa mafe and chicken reminded me of my Malian friend's cuisine, it was a great experience. The chef is super nice. Go for it!

5 stars for sure. Let's start with the place which is pleasantly simple, with no frills. Gorgeous. Then, the dishes, which are perfectly mastered, the proportions, the mixtures of flavors. A real pleasure in the mouth. And finally, the Chef, an extremely interesting person, no fuss, who enhances everything. The best African restaurant in Angers in my opinion. I really can't wait to go back. Ps: the little pepper is "quite" spicy...

Le Poulet Bicyclette

02/12/2024: An exceptional culinary experience at Poulet Bicyclette! The setting is warm and the welcome is always excellent. Special mention for their crispy and melting plantains, a real explosion of flavors in every bite. The mafé, for its part, is simply divine: a rich, perfectly spicy sauce, which enhances each ingredient of the dish. A true taste journey to Africa with each plate! I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of authentic and tasty cuisine.
28/09/2024: Un restau africain très sympa. Carte limitée gage de fraicheur … accueil au top. Une adresse a be pas louper. En plus il y a un choix de tres bons rhums.
