Canteen style restaurant. You help yourself. Receptionist is an apprentice with little culinary knowledge. The beef is hearty and good, but you don't have to look further than to fill your belly.
Incredibly good, as someone who loves African food, it was a delight.
The Yassa mafe and chicken reminded me of my Malian friend's cuisine, it was a great experience.

5 stars for sure. Let's start with the place which is pleasantly simple, with no frills. Gorgeous.
Then, the dishes, which are perfectly mastered, the proportions, the mixtures of flavors. A real pleasure in the mouth.
And finally, the Chef, an extremely interesting person, no fuss, who enhances everything.
The best African restaurant in Angers in my opinion.
I really can't wait to go back.
Ps: the little pepper is "quite" spicy...
