For the second year in a row we spent our summer vacation at Monticello.
On this occasion, we had the chance to dine several times with Stéphane and his team. This is a must-see restaurant if you are in the Ile Rousse region. The food is delicious, the setting is perfect and the service is excellent. We discovered a team concerned about the well-being of its customers and we were very well received. A place to discover.
We tried the restaurant, it’s a real success. The dishes are excellent, excellent cooking of meat and fish. Good location on the village square, but therefore, parking difficulties.
Superb establishment on the village square. We went there twice. Aperitif with very good nibbles, and a dinner at the restaurant with perfect value for money, a very pleasant dining room team and succulent dishes!

We booked and asked for a table on the terrace.
Perhaps due to a misunderstanding they didn't reserve the table we wanted and ordered.
During dinner they tell us that a table on the terrace has become available and they let us sit outside... beautiful!

Very good and delicate food, wine recommended by the owner and truly appreciated.
We had the cheese fondue gnocchi (space) and a fish steak with gazpacho.
At the time of the bill they have problems with the POS and we had no cash.
We proposed to make a bank transfer and they accepted but before our proposal the owner had told us to come back the following day to pay.
