Arriving in Thuir by chance of a smartbox we were pleasantly surprised by the cuisine of the Catalan patio. Everything was perfect and congratulations to the chef. Not forgetting the room service.

A rustic setting, a good welcome but a little cold, traditional cuisine with good products and a fair price. In short, I recommend 👍
A few months later, I found the cuisine even better, faster service, hot dishes, and new flavors. Always fresh produce and wines from the region (even by the glass).

One of the best restaurants in the region with local products, very tasty and cooked by a great chef. Meal around 50€ well deserved.

We spent 2 evenings in a row in this excellent restaurant. The dishes are succulent and perfect in quantity, the Chef is in the room at any time, the service is impeccable and smiling, the atmosphere warm. We would have happily confirmed the adage “never 2 without 3” but all good things come to an end and we had to return home to Lyon.
Thank you again for these good times at your place 😀

Was invited to have lunch at this restaurant by the locals.
A table was booked for 3.
We came to an almost fully booked house.
We were presented with a very nice menu card but instead chose today's menu composed of starter, main course and dessert.
Appetizer: Poached egg on a bed of arugula and red salad leaves. Seasoned with small pieces of bacon.
Main course: A Catalan pork chop. Here called -"Cote de chocon poelee, sauce chimichurri.
This dish accompanied by two slices of both potatoes and some side dishes.
The dessert: A Sicilian speciality. Cannelloni a la creme pistachio.
The dishes are all fine and tasty.
The negative: You are not allowed to bring your dog to this restaurant.
