I had a Tropezienne tart and it was the best I've ever eaten: light brioche and mousse-like cream, not too sweet. A real treat.

A very pleasant surprise! The Paris-Brest is truly excellent: delicate praline, not too sweet, perfectly balanced texture—you can tell a real pastry chef's skill went into it. The entire display is clean, cohesive, and has a distinct identity. Simple but efficient service. A great find!

Always a warm welcome, it's a pleasure to visit this bakery every time. Our youngest, who can now say hello, loves nibbling on the bread or a cream puff. Not usually a big fan of Paris-Brest, I'd like to give a special mention to the chocolate tart, which is simply delicious.
