After very good exchanges by email and on social networks, a first order shipped and delivered in perfect conditions, a second collected without problem at a collection point in Strasbourg, I finally decided to go to the store for my third order ! And the good impressions are confirmed: not only is the azuki cream delicious, but what's more, the manager makes a point of providing good advice and ensuring that the use of her products will be a success. What a delight, too, are its succulent mochis! An address to keep in your notebook.

22/01/2024: When you have to give a gift, for exiled Alsatians in other regions, or to introduce you to Alsatian specialties, the Alsatian biscuit factory is always a favorite address. As far as I am concerned, I always use this address, where the products are of high quality and extremely tasty. This afternoon, I had four boxes of cakes made up, and was served by a saleswoman of extreme delicacy, politeness and kindness that I would like to emphasize. When I asked her her nickname, she told me Grace! Sincerely, the first name was chosen, and I wanted to congratulate the management for their choice of caring and competent staff. A totally satisfied customer.
