Very tasty pastry! Just the tables outside wobble a bit (the children made me write that down).

It had been a while since I'd ordered, so we got two cakes for my daughter's communion. She chose what she wanted, and I wasn't a fan of her choices, but in the end, I loved the desserts. You can go there without hesitation; it's top-notch! The best in the business, without a doubt.

We used Julien Lambert to create the wedding cake for our special occasion. Everything was perfect! The cream puffs were delicious and the cake was magnificent! We received nothing but compliments! We highly recommend Julien Lambert for your event desserts.

This pastry shop has become a local institution since it opened. The pastries are delicious, and new ones are added regularly. The service is incredibly warm; even when it's busy, the waitresses remain calm and serve you with a smile. Their cookies are delicious, their ice cream is divine, and their chocolate is perfect. The shop itself is also very charming. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful discovery for those not from Épinal! When we gave this pastry as a gift, the Lambert name already seemed to be a benchmark. The raspberry cake was delicious! It's a shame they only use animal-based gelatin, which limits the pastry choices for those who don't eat it! Vegetable-based gelatin would be a great alternative so we could finally enjoy all their wonderful creations 😋 The chocolate cake is very good 😋
