Despite being very busy, the service was quick and friendly. The coffee and croissant were good, but the doughnuts for the children were stale, both in smell and taste. The palmiers weren't fresh. It's a shame because it's the first time we've been disappointed at a Paul franchise.

Quick and friendly service. There's seating both inside and on the terrace. It was advertised as having vegetarian options, but none were available. Personally, I had a tuna and tomato sandwich, which was very good and fresh. I also got a thin apple tartlet to take away for later. We ate at 2 pm, which meant it wasn't very busy.

Fantastic welcome!! Friendly staff. I'd forgotten a jacket, I called the team who had found it, and I was able to pick it up a week later...it was unexpected! A huge thank you, and yes, you can still find honest people these days ☝️👏👏 Plus, the food at Paul is excellent 😋

I had a wonderful experience at Paul in Gidy! The welcome was warm, the service quick, and the products truly delicious. It's always a pleasure to come here; I highly recommend it 😊

A very warm welcome from the charming trio of Florence, Aurélie, and Marine. Smiling, welcoming, and very pleasant. As a shopkeeper, it's always a pleasure to meet people with such a good business sense. Hooray for pain au chocolat! 🍫😘

I stopped by this place for breakfast. The staff were incredibly kind! It's a welcome change from other motorway service areas where a greeting and a smile are optional! As for the food, it's true to the brand and therefore very good!

27/05/2024: Endroit calme où l'on mange bien avec un personnel sympa et attentionné. Très propre Différé de certaines cafétérias d'autoroute
21/04/2024: Nous nous arrêtons souvent ici depuis 10 ans car nous faisons des allers retours entre Paris et Limoges. Aujourd'hui les plats étaient froids. J'avais demandé des pâtes j'ai eu des frites.. et le buzzer ne fonctionnait pas. La dernière fois j'avais ma petite chienne dans les bras. On m'a demandé de la poser. Aujourd'hui il y avait un enfant avec ses bottes debout sur l'endroit où on fait glisser nos plateaux mais ça n'a pas d'importance. Je pense que nous allons changer d'endroit.... Le personnel est sympathique hormis une personne.
