The food was good but it was a bit pricey and it doesn't really fill you up

The pastries are delicious, and a special mention goes to the raisin snails! We received excellent service from Khadija; she was incredibly welcoming, smiling, and lovely. A huge thank you to her!

Is this the takeaway shop next to the exit? There are several Paul stores inside La Defense station, so I'm confused. If so, I would like to highly recommend this shop. On the evening of June 8th, having not eaten anything all day, I purchased a salad and canelés from this shop. There was a very tall male employee working alone who spoke English a bit poorly, but he was incredibly kind. As a Korean, I didn't know how to pronounce "canelé" in a way that the French employee could understand. So, I pointed to it with my hand and said I wanted to buy that as well; he kindly confirmed it was "Canelés" and packed it for me. After paying, I said "Merci" in the short French I knew, and he gave me a big smile. Then, I visited again around 12:25 PM on June 9th. The food I bought earlier was delicious, so I wanted to eat bread here again. I wondered if that employee might be there, and indeed, he was. He recognized me, and when our eyes met, he gave me a big smile. Although there were three staff members present at that time, he took my order and helped with the payment. Since I had already eaten, I only bought one Pain au chocolat, but he was still kind. (This pastry is also really soft and delicious!) I really like this shop. However, it is a shame that I cannot visit again since it was the last day of my trip to Paris. I don't often write Google reviews, but I am writing this one because I wanted to praise that employee. Please make sure to commend this employee at your company. Tell them that an Asian woman was very happy with his kindness!

I regularly visit Paul in La Défense, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, and it's always a pleasure. The team is welcoming, friendly, and immediately puts you at ease. I particularly enjoy Saturdays, where I always have a lovely time with a very kind young employee. I sometimes even end up telling her a bit about my life, poor thing 😅 but it's these little touches that make me want to come back. On top of that, the products are excellent and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend it!

Good, fresh products. Special mention to Patricia, who is a real asset to this welcoming and cheerful bakery. It's a pleasure to stop by in the morning before work.

I wanted to leave a very positive review for the Paul café at La Défense train station. The welcome is always pleasant, the service is quick, and the products are fresh and high-quality. It's a clean and well-maintained place. I especially want to give a special mention to one of the saleswomen, Taibatou. She is particularly professional, smiling, and attentive to customers. Her customer service is remarkable: she listens, offers advice and suggestions, manages busy periods very well, and always maintains a warm attitude. It's thanks to people like her that the customer experience is so positive. You can find a café anywhere, but a warm and personal welcome is what influences customers' habits and gradually builds loyalty. Her work truly deserves to be highlighted.
