A quick stop at Paul's, and no regrets! Delicious salad and sandwich, I'll be back for more! My go-to spot every week during my break. The staff is very friendly, everything is perfect for unwinding here.

A very warm welcome! Always with a smile, even at the end of the day when the store has to close. The customer is a priority, and it's so nice to see that the staff remain active and friendly after a long day of dealing with grumpy, impatient, and rude people who expect us to be nice to them when they're actually quite unpleasant! Well done to everyone, keep it up. Access is convenient, and the parking lot is quite well laid out. The value for money is very reasonable. It's possible to take a break there in a bright and welcoming environment.

A wonderful experience at the Paul bakery in the Saint-Albain rest area. We had a lovely time there as a family, enjoying an excellent breakfast. I regularly stop at this motorway service area. I've rarely seen such a wonderful team! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and smiles are always guaranteed! They genuinely listen and demonstrate a rare human touch. The team is always available and does its best to meet everyone's needs, within reason and according to the validity of the requests. For example, a request for a custom salad or a sandwich without butter or raw vegetables is always handled with a smile. The display case is always well-stocked, and the restaurant is clean. Well done!

A very good experience at this restaurant. The welcome is warm, the staff are pleasant, and the service is quick, even when it's busy. We appreciated the variety of products offered, as well as the quality of the sandwiches, which are truly delicious and, above all, very fresh—you can taste it from the first bite. Hello Yesterday late afternoon, after several tiring hours on the road, we stopped at Paul Saint Alban, a pleasant, welcoming, and clean place where we could rest. The saleswoman was smiling, energetic, and very professional.

Great pit stop along A6. Extremely busy, however the service is wonderful & accommodating. Even in the midst of a rush , the bearded gentleman offered to make my sandwich specialized to order. Such a nice touch & it was delicious 😋😋 👍👍👍👍👍
