Excellent service and quality product

Like all the Paul restaurants that used to be a guarantee of quality, they now serve overpriced dishes of mediocre quality and, above all, the highest kind of rip-off for a French chain. For example, a Parisian sandwich without butter, bland, but with "vegetarian spread" or, more prosaically, margarine—in other words, vegan junk food (there are good vegan options, but that's beside the point). It shouldn't even be called a Parisian sandwich. The ham and butter sandwich on bread is okay, the ham is tasteless and, of course, without butter—a clear case of treating customers like cash cows. It's a shame to mess up such a simple dish. Then there are the salads at €9.50, which are rather small and generally average, but they do the job at a high price. Good luck with your train journey; don't forget the 25-cent paper bag.
