I absolutely love PAUL bakeries in general. Never disappointed. I went to the one in Bordeaux, since I was there for a special occasion. And kudos to Rina for her service and professionalism!

Le Grill au Thym

29/09/2026: We were a table of six, and the motorcycles parked right next to our table were a bit of a nuisance (noise and light). But their €35 set menu was frankly very good and fresh (except for the salad, which kept coming back in the dish...). The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent! I recommend it!
06/09/2026: I rarely write reviews, but this establishment deserves it. Thanks to the very friendly waiter and the excellent chefs, our romantic evening in Bordeaux was a success. I highly recommend this restaurant; the quality of the food and the service are top-notch.

Nom d'Une Crepe

14/10/2026: The galettes were very good and generously filled. The waitresses were very pleasant. The non-alcoholic cocktail was a disappointment: it felt like I was only drinking orange juice.
13/10/2026: The wait between courses was far too long for what were simply good pancakes. The place was very noisy.
