The sandwiches on baguettes were great. The people were nice. I mistakenly picked a drink that was low sugar with artificial sweeteners and discovered it before opening. They were nice enough to let me exchange for another with sugar. Their prices are similar to the bakery near our hotel and the selection is very good. It is in a Kiosk and so they have to regularly haul out the garbage and bring in supplies. They can get crowded but usually catch up. Best place in the mall. Beware of the terrible mall toilet policy and system in the mall. They obviously cater to locals and need to have better machines to take your money.
Friendly staff, pleasant place, but often only one person serving in the room, while there are several for takeaway. I went there last Thursday, it was Fatma who served me, she worked as hard as she could with a smile, there were a lot of people!
Very bad experience with the takeaway service during our visit today (around 1:30 p.m.) at Paul de La Défense. Long waiting time for not many people, no listening to our needs, no solution offered to replace their error. On the other hand, when we went to the service teams, we were very well received by the “on-site” service team, who were able to listen and take care of our request. They were able to find a quick solution to the problem encountered with the takeaway service teams and were very cheerful and efficient. Thanks to them. It is also thanks to them that the score of 3/5 is awarded.
Thanks to Aicha the manager and M’hamed the waiter! Super pleasant and very kind. We were served quickly and it was really good! Superb experience we recommend.
