Estar de vacaciones en coche en Normandía fue una buena decisión pudimos ver el increíble campo provincial a un ritmo apresurado; elegimos una escala en Beuvron - en - Auge, otra buena decisión y otra historia entonces la elección de Pave d’Auge : culminó un día de decisiones d’magnifique Aunque no teníamos una reserva, eran hospitalarios para hacer espacio en la posada para nosotros; no es una comida rápida, pero bueno ... estábamos en autoconducción! y podía tomarse el tiempo para la degustación en el mejor Normandía

Value for money, nothing to say. The chef and staff very friendly. The dishes are good and the dessert very good, especially the calva soufflé.

2nd visit to this gastro where we have always fully appreciated the cuisine but during our visit in July, when the staff came to the table, what was our surprise when the employee, during the order spoke to me in a haughty tone in stating that I had not told him on the phone that there was a gluten-free menu I was sure I had clarified it, she insisted again although my husband had heard me inform her of this request. I found this attitude little in keeping with the standard of your establishment when its chef comes himself, with all simplicity, to greet us after each meal. It's a shame but I would not continue to frequent your restaurant which we appreciate but this behavior is not acceptable when you pay this price for a dinner I hesitated to inform you of this but I think it is important for your establishment which until now has good reviews Anne Souchet

quite good table - no wine by the glass by the bottle really very expensive - the minuses: very tight tables; feeling of crowding, waiter (in his forties) very "dry" in his way of speaking or even rude (service on Tuesday 27 /08/2024 at 1 p.m.) otherwise good meal but when I pay I like to be spoken to kindly in short......I see that the fact about the service has already been reported however no change in behavior.

An excellent meal in an authentic setting We came to have lunch with the family at Pavé d’Auge, and we had an excellent time. The setting, the welcome, the service, the wonderful dishes, everything was there to awaken our senses. The lavender, blackcurrant and radish cake is a marvel, both in its presentation and in the finesse of the flavors. The desserts are not left out and the hot Calvados soufflé, as well as the dessert based on Michel Cluizel's chocolate and coffee from the coffee tree are a real treat for the taste buds. The food and wine pairing completes the enchantment. Le Pavé d’Auge deserves a star and we will return there without hesitation, especially since the small village of Beuvron en Auge is very charming.

For New Year's Eve, chef Adrien Haye offered a perfectly mastered menu. Great art, worth 2 stars in my opinion. Well done!

Nous y retournions après un an: merveilleux restaurant dans un village ravissant. Accueil charmant, terrasse agréable, menu délicieux et raisonnable( 1+1 à €50), belle carte de vins abordable. Mérite une étoile au Michelin
