Delicious food, extremely kind staff, and great value for money. We stopped here for lunch, the owner kindly got some pens and paper for my son to do some drawing. We even got free tea after the meal!

Excellent restaurant, the dishes are very, very good, generous portions, and great value for money. The service is incredible, absolutely friendly. I was even offered hummus even though it wasn't on my menu, but I was craving it! I 100% recommend it if you want to eat Lebanese food in Rouen!

I was visiting Rouen from Toronto with my partner , happened to dine in at Payiz and let me tell you, so happy that we did. Absolutely amazing staff so welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant is so clean and vibrant with great atmosphere, so cozy. Food was so fresh and authentic and delicious. Behnaz and her staff are absolutely next level. If you are visiting Rouen , definitely try this place you will not be disappointed in Payiz! Thank you Behnaz for your hospitality. .

31/05/2026: Excellent meal at this Lebanese restaurant. Extremely warm welcome from a very attentive and accommodating waiter. We ordered sharing platters, which were very generous and delicious. Truly homemade cuisine. We will gladly return.
