Charming establishment with a taste for very careful decoration. The staff is qualified and has an infectious smile. However (as far as we are concerned), the service is very long, especially considering a full restaurant, with a 1h40 wait between the starter and the à la carte dish. The plates are served in very modern crockery and the plating is just as careful. Somewhat disappointed by the dish which has an identical garnish on two different fish dishes. The portion of turbot (or turbotin given the thickness) at €28 seems excessive. The cooking is on the verge of overcooking and the filling is served cold, with extra steel wool (note to the waiter!). The seasonings are good overall.

But what a discovery!! The restaurant is warm, the staff welcoming, and the menu to die for!! Definitely in my top 3 best restaurants!!

Nous sommes venus pour la saint Valentin le menu dégustation était aussi bon que beau et encore merci pour m'avoir changé les noix se saint Jacques par un velouté de légumes D'antan un régal pour les papilles Et aussi au moment de régler la note agréable surprise de se faire offrir un ballotin de truffes Merci à vous tous
