Fantastic experience! The braised chicken was simply delicious: perfectly seasoned, tender, and grilled to perfection, with that subtle smoky touch that makes all the difference. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and prepared with care. A huge thank you to our server, Niouma, who was always smiling, attentive, and very professional. Her positive energy made the experience even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back!

A restaurant whose taste I'll remember for a long time. The food was delicious, I actually wanted to order a second helping. The waitress didn't understand much English, but we managed to communicate easily, and she was also very nice :). I highly recommend it to everyone.

12/12/2025: The service and the food are perfect👍👍👍My friend and I ordered the oxtail and cheek for the starter, and rabbit and quail as mains. It’s our first time tried the rabbit and quail, and it taste so great!!! And the bread serve in warm, which even make the food taste better👍👍👍We would recommend everyone to try this restaurant and we will definitely come back again.
07/12/2025: We stumbled upon it after visiting the Sacré-Cœur and the Montmartre neighborhood. I highly recommend it; the food is delicious, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the service is outstanding.

27/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome and excellent service; our waiter Ryan was very helpful and respectful.
24/03/2026: I had a wonderful time at L'Étincelle. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, perfect for meeting up with friends over a glass of wine. It's a pleasant, unpretentious place where you feel right at home. Plus, it's ideally located (right next to my place!), which makes it even more convenient. A great find that I highly recommend!
