04/04/2024: Restaurant that I would describe as attentive and healthy! Yes, because here, we take great care with the customers, we cook without using toxic products like sodium glutamate (or monoglutamate), unlike most Asian restaurants which put it in the soup. Glutamate is a taste enhancer, but also a neurotoxicant, which can cause severe headaches, severe fatigue, and is suspected of being responsible for neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's, etc.). So a big thank you to Pho Passion for existing, for not putting these products in their dishes, and for treating us all the same. This is actually the place where I ate one of the best Pho soup in Paris! The spring rolls are also delicious :-) Cheap menu: €16.90 for a starter, a soup and a drink. Fast service. Nice atmosphere, and well-maintained place.

31/03/2024: Food is great and our waitress was very kind and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend eating here!
