A magnificent estate discovered during a guided tour of the cellars, which was very interesting and ended with a tasting of nine wines. It is also possible to wander freely through the remarkable garden, which boasts no fewer than 80 sculptures.

The hotel is decent but nothing exceptional. The bistro has a master of the barbecue, but the rest of the staff are just a team of amateurs. The restaurant Chez Janette is remarkably good for a one-Michelin-starred establishment. Not a single flaw. Excellence! The shop left a bad taste in my mouth regarding the staff and their practices. The wines are of very high quality.

A tiring but magnificent visit! Allow at least 3 hours of walking to see everything.

An excellent experience at Domaine de Peyrassol. Everything was perfect, from our arrival to our departure. The rooms are magnificent, the setting exceptional, and what a pleasure it was to have breakfast outside in the cool morning air! We also loved our dinner at the bistro, the quality of the wines, the swimming pool, and, more generally, the entire atmosphere of the estate. A place where you immediately feel at home and where every detail contributes to the experience. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to return!

The grounds are extraordinary, with their art trail to discover in nature. However, there's a major drawback, undoubtedly due to one person: the reception. Unpleasant is the word that comes to mind 😤. There was absolutely no sign of kindness when we asked "silly" questions like, "How long does it take to see the artworks?" "You know, there are over 80, it's up to you: between one and four hours 😩." Move along, there's nothing to see here!! As for her explanations about the map, they were very brief, with comments like, "I already told you that." But the text doesn't convey the curt tone of this woman. On the other hand, let's acknowledge that she did her job, offering a word of encouragement at the end: "There's a shop where you can buy wine." 😂 What a shame that so much effort is being put into this entire project, with people who are neither up to the task, nor to the humility of its owner.

A weekend with our children and their partners, a beautiful place to share wonderful moments together in this lovely green setting with attentive staff. We highly recommend it.

Art treasure hunt in a shaded forest. Refreshments available on site. I also recommend it for meals on the terrace. Attentive staff.

Lou's Bistro is a very good restaurant in a beautiful setting, with excellent service and grilled food cooked on a brazier. I highly recommend it.
