Always perfect!!! Kudos also to the pastry chef for his cakes...which I've tasted almost all of. We agree that indulgence is an essential quality!!!

Homemade, a relaxed atmosphere, and desserts to die for! The kids' menu is homemade, the nuggets are very good, and the fries are delicious. We had a rib-eye steak; they were delicious, not too fatty. And the speculoos éclair and meringue were to die for!

Weekend in the PO. When you're passing through Cabestany, don't hesitate to stop by PHIL. You'll be welcomed and served by friendly and welcoming staff, and you'll find excellent products that you can enjoy on the terrace. I highly recommend!
