Absolutely delicious, beyond my expectations. The portions were 20% larger than at Pho in Paris, but the price was very reasonable, which was a huge plus. I ordered the special beef rice noodles and egg dumplings filled with shrimp and pork. The rice noodle soup was incredibly rich, and the beef balls and tendons were exceptionally flavorful. The egg dumplings were crispy, and paired with lettuce, perilla, and mint, and dipped in the sauce, they were bursting with the refreshing taste of Southeast Asia. Definitely worth coming back for! The staff speaks English, French, Chinese, and Vietnamese.

🍜🍜🍜Personally, first visit approved. We saw reviews at both extremes, but friends who are regulars recommended Pho 13. Large dining room and atmosphere like Vietnamese restaurants in the US. YAYKYK. Fast, efficient, and very friendly service. All the customers around us seemed to be satisfied regulars. Our dishes were good and generous. The hu tieu kho from the neighbor made me want to come back, as did their desserts. Very good iced tea, well-balanced and not too sweet. They also do banh mi and bubble tea to go right across the street. 🥖🥖🧋🧋And the restrooms were clean! 🫧🫧

I highly recommend this Vietnamese restaurant. It offers authentic flavors, generous portions, and very reasonable prices. The food is absolutely delicious! For all you Vietnamese people in France craving Vietnamese food, try this place! It's incredibly tasty!

A very warm and pleasant place, all the staff are charming, kind, and responsive; they're quick and it's very clean. Their pho and spring rolls are incredible! It's a 100/10, I highly recommend it!

Pho 13 in Paris is awesome! The decor and atmosphere are both amazing, making it a really special experience. On top of that, the food is fantastic—seriously, maybe the best fried rice I've ever had! Highly recommend for authentic Vietnamese food in Paris. I'll definitely going back again and again.

11/02/2026: I visited alone after attending to a relative's family. There was a laundry right next door, so I had dinner while I waited. The owner was friendly and chatty from the moment I entered. We talked about Tibet and Japan, and he recommended their knife-cut noodles to me. ^_^ The bowl was huge and incredibly filling, with lots of vegetables and noodles in a soy-sauce-based broth. It was absolutely delicious! When I mentioned that I'd finished my laundry and wanted to take it to the laundry to dry, he said, "Of course!" and even put a plate on top of the bowl to keep it warm. ✨✨ It was a huge portion, but it was perfect for my tired stomach after eating so much Mediterranean food, and I finished the soup right up. As I finished my beer and was eating, the owner offered me a complimentary glass of red wine! He commented that the wine wasn't that great, but it was delicious! ✨✨ Thank you very much. It was a shame I couldn't try the other dishes since I was alone. There seemed to be more local Parisians dining there than Asians. I'd definitely like to visit again if I'm in Paris!
07/02/2026: We ate at this Tibetan restaurant and everything was delicious and very generous. The atmosphere is warm and the owner is particularly friendly. A very good place that I recommend.

15/04/2026: As described. Fast service. Delicious and beautifully presented meal. The tea was served in a lovely transparent teapot, and the mango rice looked very appetizing.
