Pho 20 sur Paris

Very good restaurant. Pleasant waiters, fast service, and overall very good food. The only slight downside was that one of the dishes arrived cold, but otherwise everything was very good.

Their Bobuns are delicious and light.

It's no longer a real Vietnamese restaurant. It's run by "Chinese" people (who are nice enough, by the way). I wanted a Pho (that's the name of the restaurant, after all), but they haven't made it for two weeks.

A mild and easy-to-eat pho.] I've been to pho specialty restaurants in Tokyo and other places, but this one had significantly less of the strong flavors of Asian seasonings, making it refreshing and easy to eat. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right firmness, and paired well with the simple yet flavorful broth. Overall, it was a refined and very easy-to-eat bowl. You can choose between medium-rare or fully cooked meat. Adding cilantro, kabosu citrus, and the original sauce allows for variations in flavor, making it delicious to the last bite. The portion size is relatively generous, so it might be a little large for some women.

Delicious bo buns and gyozas, which we always buy before taking the train. We enjoy them every time. Very friendly service.

Clean place, decent food but too adapted to french palate. I've had to add a lot of chilli to gave a bit of taste to my pad thai.
