A great experience! We stopped at this restaurant somewhat by chance and kept the address because the meal lived up to our expectations, and the service and staff were very pleasant. Just a short walk from the Indigo parking lot.

What makes Pho Mui unbeatable in the 13th arrondissement: The "no-frills" broth: Unlike many places, their broth is renowned for its natural umami depth, without excessive MSG. It's rich, dark, and very fragrant. The generous portions: This is a true canteen where you'll never leave hungry. Their bowls are piled high with meat and fresh herbs. The extended hours: It's one of the few places where you can eat excellent Pho late at night (they often close around 2 a.m.!), making it the perfect spot after a movie or a night out. The specialty: Their Pho Đặc Biệt (the special with everything: raw beef, cooked beef, meatballs, tripe, and tendons) is considered by many to be one of the most complete in the neighborhood. It's truly the quintessential 13th arrondissement experience: fast service, a packed house, and a flavor that transports you straight to Saigon. Honestly, I've tried tons of pho all over the Île-de-France region, and seriously, Pho Miu is the best of them all.
