Pho Mui sur Paris

The grilled eggplant is roasted. The red curry is sprayed (very little to mop up with the rice), and the beef isn't swimming in the boiled curry it is. This is typical Vietnamese cuisine: with a few exceptions (like the hot plate), everything resembles a soup, a broth, a stew. It's a shame, because the quality and quantity of the ingredients aren't in question. We arrived (first ones there on a Sunday!) at 11:55 am and were served at 12:22 pm. There's certainly good will, but we came to try the dishes on the menu (yes, the menu, not the set menu). We had a shaded terrace at lunchtime.

A good Vietnamese restaurant I really enjoyed the generous Bun Cha Hanoi dish with its aromatic herbs and salad. I love the grilled meat marinated in a rather unsuitable nuoc mam sauce, and the rice vermicelli. I will definitely come back to try other dishes at this restaurant. Update May 4th Back again this evening, I chose the Banh Xeo, the Saigon-style crepe from my home country, from my hometown. Crispy with thin slices of grilled pork, a few shrimp, bean sprouts, soybeans, and of course, accompanied by all the aromatic leaves: mint, rau ti tô, grated carrots, lettuce…and nuoc mam sauce, of course 😃 I also love the jar of garlic marinated in white vinegar. (25cl pitcher of red wine €6.50) Very good value for money The staff lacked smiles; they seemed sad.

I wasn't convinced at all; my bo bun was quite mediocre, the noodles were overcooked and stuck together, the spring rolls were soggy, and the beef was tough. It lacked finesse, but it was cheap.

A wonderful discovery, this restaurant will definitely be one of my favorite places.

The pho was very good, however, if you order the spicy soup, be careful ⚠️ it's hot 😉😊

A great experience for those who go out for late-night meals. The restaurant stays open very late, and the food is delicious. Our group of four ordered four different dishes, all of which were very impressive and tasty, especially the special pho and Hue beef noodle soup. We will definitely return to try other dishes.

A reliable choice I regularly visit when I'm in the area. The staff is lovely, and the food is very good 😊 Delicious, truly capturing the taste of Vietnam according to my Western-centric view of Vietnamese food, and best of all, it's open until 2 am!

This restaurant offers excellent food. The service was great. I highly recommend it.
