Pho Paganini sur Nice

It's delicious. From the stylish interior to the menu made with photos taken individually by hand, everything is great. Seeing that there are many Asian customers inside, it seems like a popular spot. I haven't eaten pho many times, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I really enjoyed the meal. If you can't eat cilantro, please ask them to leave it out from the start. A small amount is added to the dish when it comes out. 😁😁

We've been coming to this restaurant for years. The food is very good. In just a few months, the prices have gone up a lot. The Peking duck is very charred; my friend didn't like it last time. We prefer to go once or twice a year now, whereas before we went two or three times a month.

Authentic Vietnamese restaurant, a true experience of the cuisine of that fabulous country. The place fills up as soon as it opens, so I recommend arriving early. Today, shortly before 7 pm, it was already quite busy! The dishes are displayed on the menu in photos, with their names described by hand. Everything is delicious, reasonably priced, and well-served. You really eat well here! My husband and I ordered beef with onion and ginger sauce and white sticky rice, mine, and lacquered pork with Cantonese rice, my husband's. If you want, you don't need to order drinks, because the restaurant follows the French custom of serving house water (carafe d'eau) free of charge, which we ordered. It's filtered water, safe, you can drink it without worry.

Mine tasted good but my friend’s one with soup was just okay. The waiters are very kind and friendly, the environment of the restaurant is good. We waited for the seats more than 30min so I think everyone had better make a reservation before u go.

For me, this is definitely the place to go in Nice for Vietnamese food. The food is excellent, the dishes are prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the portions are generous. It's an unusual place, with a slightly old-fashioned decor… but it's so delicious! Honestly, the best in Nice if you're talking about Vietnamese cuisine 🇻🇳

I'd only give it four stars out of politeness, but the taste only deserves three. A bowl of beef pho costs 15 euros, and the portion is quite large. They gave green chilies instead of red ones, and yellow lemons instead of green ones. The broth was mediocre and not hot enough when it arrived, so the bean sprouts weren't cooked properly and had a strong beany taste.
