Pho Paganini sur Nice

Gorgeous food and great service

On vacation in Nice for four days, we were looking for a REAL Asian restaurant and stumbled upon this Vietnamese place. So, 4.1 is definitely not the rating it deserves because, for me, it's authentic and unpretentious, so I'd give it 5 stars. I'm of Cambodian origin, and I can guarantee that it's really good. In fact, they were full tonight, and they held our table even though we were 20 minutes late coming back from Monaco. The waiters are lovely, and it's nice to feel so welcome. Good job!

I came here almost 7 years ago, and today, during my vacation, I had the pleasure of returning. Just as good as it was then! 😋 The quality is still there. A wonderful discovery that I'll definitely make again!

Excellent Vietnamese restaurant. The pho is very good and reasonably priced. I also recommend the chicken skewers, which are very tasty. However, it's best to make a reservation to avoid a 15-20 minute wait.

We went to this restaurant without a reservation and were served with great care; the food was very good. The fact that the dining room was air-conditioned was also a big plus. It's just a shame we wanted to go back on Wednesday, but it's their closing day.

The restaurant isn’t too big and it’s a little packed when i arrived for lunch Good service from the staffs and of course delicious food as well, i ordered a pork rice which was yummy (considering there is not many asian food around in Nice) Note: the reason why i knew this restaurant was because i asked a staff who is working in a bubble tea shop and she recommended me to go here

It tasted great! I personally think it's better than the one in Northern Vietnam because it has extra bean sprouts and herbs. I had it three years ago. Now I'm eating it again!

Without a doubt, the best Vietnamese-Thai restaurant I know. The ingredients are exceptionally fresh, and every dish is perfectly executed. Even the wine list is excellent. I've known this establishment since it opened. I saw the children running around the restaurant and climbing on our shoulders, as if they were part of the family. Today, they're all grown up and carrying on the tradition with the same smiles, the same kindness, and the same passion. A true family affair, where you're always warmly welcomed. An authentic place that I recommend without hesitation.

The excellent Vietnamese restaurant, specializing in Pho, is located in Hanoi (northern Vietnam). They offer many other Pho dishes and Vietnamese specialties, all well-prepared and delicious. Local rosé is available by the carafe. Authentic, homemade cuisine. For me, it's the best Pho restaurant in Nice. I've been a loyal customer for years. Sometimes it's best to make a reservation, as it's often full. I highly recommend it. The quality is consistently excellent.
