Pho Paganini sur Nice

Although fully booked, the team goes the extra mile to ensure you have the best possible experience. Excellent food! I think the best Pho soup in the region 😊. Great atmosphere with regulars and families.

Thailand chill! After eating, it was as if my great-grandmother's image and smile from heaven appeared before me, and the aroma of the streets of France filled my nostrils. What was truly delightful was the exceptional freshness of the vegetables, as if they had just been picked and served directly to the table. The beef was also excellent and very fresh; the beef in the rice noodles was probably medium-rare, just the right amount of tender. A true chill tonic! I'd persuade anyone I could to eat it.

It's just like in Vietnam, delicious. We were warmly welcomed and served quickly.

Back in Nice after a 4-year absence and I'm still enjoying it immensely!!

Best traditional Vietnamese restaurant in Nice for me, the pho is exceptional. I go there every Saturday with my family; the atmosphere is authentic and family-friendly, you feel right at home.

Gorgeous food and great service

On vacation in Nice for four days, we were looking for a REAL Asian restaurant and stumbled upon this Vietnamese place. So, 4.1 is definitely not the rating it deserves because, for me, it's authentic and unpretentious, so I'd give it 5 stars. I'm of Cambodian origin, and I can guarantee that it's really good. In fact, they were full tonight, and they held our table even though we were 20 minutes late coming back from Monaco. The waiters are lovely, and it's nice to feel so welcome. Good job!

I came here almost 7 years ago, and today, during my vacation, I had the pleasure of returning. Just as good as it was then! 😋 The quality is still there. A wonderful discovery that I'll definitely make again!

Excellent Vietnamese restaurant. The pho is very good and reasonably priced. I also recommend the chicken skewers, which are very tasty. However, it's best to make a reservation to avoid a 15-20 minute wait.

We went to this restaurant without a reservation and were served with great care; the food was very good. The fact that the dining room was air-conditioned was also a big plus. It's just a shame we wanted to go back on Wednesday, but it's their closing day.
