While passing through Toulouse, my husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the service was quick, the atmosphere calm and cozy, and the portions were very reasonable! And the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it!!!

Great dim sum and Pho! Super find the in Toulouse. Owner and his wife (the chef) were amazingly welcoming and kind to our two young daughters. Definitely coming back next time we are here. One for the recomendacion list!

The food was very good. We ordred some steamed dumplings with shrimp and the pork spring rolls for starters. They were execellent. For the main course we ordred Pho with Beef which was great aswell. The service was great and the staff was very nice.

Restaurant the Vert

08/07/2026: A warm welcome, fast service, but above all, everything is delicious! Fresh produce and homemade cuisine.
18/06/2026: I came to Thé Vert with my family for my birthday, on the (excellent) recommendation of my wife. A very nice restaurant, very friendly and attentive staff, and the sushi (in particular) was wonderful. Very reasonable prices. A great place to know about, I'll gladly return!
