What a delightful little restaurant!
Beautiful appetizers, generous portions with perfectly seasoned sauces and delicious flavors.
The portions are very generous, perhaps even a little too much.
The service (I don't understand some of the comments) is excellent; you just need to chat with the servers a bit, and everything runs smoothly.
How many restaurants do you know where you can actually see what they're preparing? Here, that's the case.
And to finish, a lovely little coffee, just like back home.

Absolutely fantastic food! I give it 5 stars, and this will be my benchmark, my reference point for other Vietnamese restaurants.
The basic dishes are very good (like the pho or Bo Bun), but the lunchtime soups are simply divine!!! I especially love the sauerkraut soup on Saturdays! A real treat!
The service is excellent, especially when the extremely kind owner is there!
Be warned, this place is a victim of its own success, so it gets quite busy on Saturday lunchtimes, for example, and there might be a bit of a wait!

Excellent find for an authentic Vietnamese restaurant! Our Saigon soup was delicious, with a flavorful broth, quality meat, and subtle flavors. I also thoroughly enjoyed my glass of Côtes de Provence rosé. The atmosphere is quite local and relaxed, just the way I like it.

Very disappointed with this order from Ngoc Xuyen Saigon.
The "Seven Colors with Durian" drink arrived unpackaged; it had all spilled out of the bag. To top it off, there was only a tiny crumb of durian inside. As for the main dish, the rice with minced pork and omelet (Cơm bì chả) was far too dry. A very poor experience for a total of €33.99; I do not recommend it.

In my opinion still the best pho in Paris. I have tried many new one in Paris, but this one who has been in business for as long as I remember is the real deal. Most customers are locals Vietnamese. No tourists in sights.

I got the Bún Bò Huế on Uber Eats and literally had to run here to leave a review because it was SO GOODDD ❤️I’m Vietnamese btw, so trust me on this one!! Please go support this restaurant so they can stay open foreverrrr 🙏
