Très bon accueil, repas en terrasse près de la piscine, agréable endroit. Plat du jour : colin aux pâtes à l’encre de seiche, excellent. Dessert original. Je recommande. Nous reviendrons.
Well, it isn't quite as awful as the last two reviews suggest. You are in an Ibis Motel after all. The decor is pretty generic. Someone in the Accor Group decided to do Italian. Unless you are close to the borders of these two countries, the French don't do Italian well and vice versa. Sure, there might be some transplants that carry their traditions with them to their new hometown. The pasta is of supermarket quality; but while the probably frozen calamari and the replica of Veal Milanese wouldn't please anyone across the border, it is edible. The hotel's take on affogato also isn't spot on, but not bad. Buy a bottle of lower grade Chianti, and if you know the difference resolve to have the real thing when you can.
