Pimpant was such a lovely experience for me and my partner who were visiting Sete from Australia. The owner was so welcoming, as were the staff. Loved the menu and chef residency- the stuffed zucchini dish was a favourite. Thank you!!

Honestly, one of the best experiences we’ve had in France. Food was INSANELY good (get the eggplant/ polenta dish), staff are super friendly, vibes are high and very aesthetic venue. Not to be missed!! Thanks Pimpant, will be back tonight x

A really great find in Sète. I loved the atmosphere at Le Pimpant, with its very original, arty decor, full of personality. It's a real change from those overly tame restaurants. The concept of a regularly changing chef is also a fantastic idea. Each time, you can discover a new cuisine, new inspirations, and it really makes you want to come back. A lively, original, and very friendly place. I loved the vibe.

A wonderful discovery! We loved the chef-in-residence concept. That evening, Maxime Vatteblé's dishes delighted us. The cocktails were also original and definitely worth trying!

We went there for the Fête de la Musique (World Music Day). It was excellent; the chef introduced us to Thai cuisine. The promised culinary journey was definitely there! We were there last year and we'll most certainly be back next summer! Thank you again 🙏 I highly recommend it!
