We regularly order from this pizzeria, but we're increasingly disappointed with the service.
Over the months, the organization seems to be deteriorating. With our last order, we were supposed to pick up our pizzas at 8:40 PM, but they weren't ready until 9:15 PM. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened.
Furthermore, requested extras are very often forgotten, which is a real shame.
There's a genuine lack of organization. It's regrettable because the pizzas are good, but these recurring problems make us less and less inclined to order.
Very disappointed with tonight's order. The pizza had a completely different crust, and the cardboard box was falling apart and sticking together.
We usually order from there, but lately the quality has been disappointing. A shame.
They changed their dough almost 5 or 6 years ago, and the quality has declined. The pizzas aren't very good and are dry. They no longer provide any customer service.
3 stars because my partner and I love your pizzas, but there are too many oversights. The first time, they forgot the ice cream, which happens. But again tonight, they called us and told us there was no ice cream. We don't know why. There were no olives on my pizza, not to mention the extra toppings that are often forgotten. It's a real shame.
