Everything was great! The pizza sauce is different from other pizzerias; it's homemade and tastes so much better! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was excellent. In short, I highly recommend it!

02/04/2026: Discovered by chance, The Bayou was a very pleasant surprise. The dishes were original and very tasty, even though we ordered takeout. We were only passing through, but we wish this little restaurant much success.
