Pizza Brun sur Maussane-Les-Alpilles

Pizzeria atypique qui ressemble à un snack mais offre en réalité une terrasse avec des tables à disposition pour ceux qui souhaitent déguster sur place. Pas de service à table mais peu importe le système est très sympa et donne une ambiance familiale au lieu. Chacun se sert, s’installe où il veut. Le choix de pizza est incroyable et les prix très raisonnables (y compris pour le vin qui est très bon), les pizzas sont très bonnes avec une pâte très fine, elles sont gigantesques mais pas grave l’option doggybag est proposée.

Excellent pizza with extra thin and crispy dough. If you have a sweet tooth you won't be disappointed because they are giant. Very generous filling with quality ingredients. The welcome is wonderful. One of the best pizzerias I have eaten at.

Delicious but way too large pizzas. ;-) Casual atmosphere with a kind of self-service. Highly recommended. Tip: even if it doesn't seem like it, you can reserve a table! Just call!

At the end of our vacation we treated ourselves to a pizza. One of the best pizzas we have ever eaten. Wafer-thin dough, decent topping and a good price/performance ratio. The pizzas can be eaten on site. But you have to clear it yourself. It wasn't the last time we were there

Spending two nights in Mausanne-les-Alpilles, we had two excellent pizza dinners here and left as fans. Read on for details. Located a few blocks from the heart of Mausanne-les-Alpilles, Pizza Brun is more of a take-out operation than it is a conventional sit-down restaurant. In practice, you order from the counter indoors and wait at a table you have staked out on the property. At some point, your name will be called, you pick up your pizza (and select drinks from the limited array in the refrigerator, and take everything back to your table. The problem here is that Pizza Brun can get VERY busy and finding a table can be problematic. That all said... These guys do a great thin-crust pizza: thin crust, nice char, light topping, if you know this style, Pizza Brun does a great job at a very fair price. Pizza Brun does a brisk take out operation which allows you to phone in your order and arrive either to pick it up or search for a table.
