Very pleasant delivery man, always with a smile, the pizza maker is also very friendly, perfect pizza, nothing to complain about except this evening taste-wise or even about the cooking.

Good morning
So I decided to suspend for the moment this “permanent habit”, which consisted of ordering a pizza at the end of the week from Fred&Chris.
I've been ordering pizzas from these two for about 3 years.
It is true that, as many (here, in the reviews) have noted, Fred&Chris' pizzas are among the best in Salon, and sometimes they are better than in Italian pizzerias (country of my origins, where, I go at least once a year).
Good ! So much for the ointment.
Now let's move on to the review version, vinaigrette...
First - Among the criticisms in the reviews, we have delivery delays. For me, a late delivery is when someone delivers me after the scheduled time (especially if it is more than 30 minutes later).
The problem is that the waiting time that we are offered when ordering (by telephone) is not only getting longer and longer, but so is the delay. And there, it's to despair, especially since when you open the box, the pizza is cold, only the bottom of the box is slightly warm.
For me the waiting time offered on the phone even if it is long (2 hours for the last pizza) I deal with it, without flinching.
But precisely, the longer this time, the less the delay is tolerated. Or else, you have to provide a rebate for the delay and the loss of temperature which makes consumption unpleasant.
Secondo - The last 3 or 4 of my orders, I insisted that my pizzas were not overcooked. The first in this series was "Perfect", then as the series grew longer, each pizza was more and more cooked.
The last one had "the backside" (to remain polished) totally "burned" (black from the middle to the edges).
Tercio - There is no "loyalty card", therefore no right to the free pizza which rewards the customer's loyalty.
Quarto - Communication leaves much to be desired. During trading holidays, we are not notified of the temporary closure, the same for public holidays, or exceptional closures.
Quinto - The managers of this business do not systematically respond to customer reviews. A merchant who responds to his customers' opinions is a merchant who respects them.
On this, I wish this business a good continuation, after all if it works, it is because others besides me find "their benefits".
To one of these four perhaps...
