I had a shredded beef roll with shakshuka mushroom sauce and dauphinoise potatoes with a burger. My wife had a marinated escalope roll, a bit more classic, let's say, also with a burger, and we really enjoyed it. It was delicious; everything is homemade, and you can really taste it. The recipes are very original; it's a nice change from a traditional industrial taco, so it's a bit cheaper, certainly, but clearly not as good. Regarding the service, kudos to you for managing such a busy service on your own. That evening, there were perhaps 15 orders to fulfill, and our wait time was about 20 minutes. Fantastic experience at L’Authentik! I came with my little brother today and it was truly excellent. Very tasty, generous portions, and a super friendly welcome. I highly recommend it.

It's simply an insane level of flavor. Unlike other places that do the bare minimum, or even less, in terms of thought and quality, here we're talking top-notch. Beef bourguignon, pulled beef, salmon, chicken Milanese, and other homemade delicacies! The owner has a generous hand, and the wrap served with homemade fries is enough to satisfy any appetite (and I'm a big eater, too). You might think that the price has been affected by the quality of the food, but absolutely not. It's the same price, or even cheaper, than the competition because the owner's principle is to make his customers happy while remaining as affordable as possible. You absolutely have to try it!

I tried the roulade with shredded beef and it was really very good. A little slow, though. The staff was welcoming, but the service was a bit slow due to the preparation, which is understandable. The only slight downside is that the prices are a bit high, but it's still a good place that I recommend.

The place was really dirty, with crumbs on the seats and greasy tables. The staff was unfriendly. The pulled beef burger was passable, nothing special. The portion size of fries needs improvement. It's definitely not what it used to be. I don't think I'll be going back.

A truly authentic experience, just as the name suggests! A very friendly place, and the service is impeccable. The products are high-quality and the flavors incredible. Come alone, with friends, or with family to share a truly unique meal.
