We often go to Da Nello in Reims with the team: the owners are lovely and the pizzas are excellent.
However, during our last lunch there, the service provided by their daughter was very rude and condescending, which contrasts sharply with the usual quality of the place. It's a shame, because we really enjoy this establishment.
I didn't like the fact that they changed the price of a pitcher of wine from €15 to €25 without warning me in advance or mentioning it on the bill. It's not my problem if it was undrinkable; the wine was far too green; you have to know how to serve a decent wine for a €15 pitcher. Serving a bottled wine was not my choice, but the restaurateur's.
Good pizzas, but the toppings on the crust were minimal. In short, this "final bill" ruined our evening, given the way we were treated.
I wouldn't go back.
