As a resident of the neighborhood, we were thrilled to move next to the best pizzeria in Toulouse. My disappointment was immense. The crust is too thick and the service is subpar. Having food allergies and having to adapt a pizza feels like a lecture: "You're ruining the recipe." The competition, however, adapts.
