I'm changing my very negative review from two years ago. The service was good, and the food was better (I didn't go for anything fancy: lasagna, margherita, nothing extraordinary, which is a shame as it could have been better). Being on the terrace in the summer helps; I think the atmosphere is better than inside.

We ate well, but a major drawback was how cold we were. The restaurant was closed on January 1st, and the owner had the bright idea of turning off the heating before closing time 🤔. Given the sub-zero temperatures we're having right now, it was really stupid because it's incredibly unpleasant to eat in the cold. Think of your customers and staff before your wallet, sir or madam.

We've been to this restaurant several times and we've noticed a radical change in the entire establishment when the manager isn't there. The staff's friendliness needs improvement (except for one rather cheerful waiter; otherwise, none of the others ever smiled). The cutlery was dirty. The service time was extremely long. There was an error on the bill.

Previous review: The service and food, which are usually super professional and truly excellent, have just been replaced by a waitress named Nora who, through her interactions, repeatedly disrespected one of our tablemates, making inappropriate looks and remarks. Judgments have no place in a restaurant. Furthermore, she adopts a condescending tone. The service needs improvement! What a shame! You're losing loyal customers.

Excellent customer service!
We regularly eat in, and tonight we decided to order through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the order; we received someone else's order.
I called the restaurant, and the manager immediately offered to deliver the correct pizza and give us two free drinks.
Whether we eat in, take away, or order through the delivery platform, we are always very satisfied with the quality of the service and the quality of the food.

Hello, we love the del Arte restaurant. But it gives off a sickening smell like moldy cheese. It hasn't gone away for several months. We've been there several times because it's the closest to our home. The staff claimed it comes from the parmesan. Since we go to almost half of the del Arte restaurants in France, we've never encountered this bad smell that drives customers away. I hope with all my heart that this restaurant does something to eliminate this smell. It's impossible to eat like that.
