13/07/2024: Order dated 06/16/2024. Order placed on the app that I scanned at the outside terminal in the car, I waited almost 1 hour to collect the order because someone put the order in ubereat recovery. The worst is that the people contacted several times did not know where the order was, only to finally bring it back to me almost 1 hour after having scanned it with the excuse that it was me who made a mistake in placing the order for delivery whereas I placed the order on site in the parking lot and scanned it at the terminal so logically I was there to receive it. In short, no excuses, no commercial gesture.
