04/08/2026: All terminals worked, tables were clean, not too busy just bustling, friendly staff who brought the food and drinks to the table. Bringing an extra straw for our youngest daughter was also no problem. The food was well prepared!

03/08/2026: At 8:07 PM, we ordered our meals. At 8:50 PM, upon arrival, the order was canceled. The reason given was that they were out of barbecue sauce, so we canceled the entire order. Then she told us to start over, but we would have to pay again. That was outrageous! We were forced to wait, and afterwards, we inquired about a refund. She told me over the phone that it would take 48 hours, but I checked, and no, the refund is immediate. She lied to me on the phone, asking me questions about what I had ordered, even though she knew perfectly well because it was my husband who was there and I who called from home to find out what was going on. And then, surprise, she told me, "Well, come back tomorrow, I'll refund you." I told her, "Are you kidding me? I don't know, I have to come back to get my refund. I openly missed you, and on top of that, I have to come back!" Following this, I said I was going to report them, which I did to headquarters. This restaurant doesn't respect its customers and tries to shirk responsibility for its mistakes. Never again! I strongly advise against going there.

18/07/2026: Keep your eyes peeled to spot the green monkey sheltered by the shade of its trees. The welcome is warm, the food is delicious, plentiful, and homemade, and the service is always accompanied by a smile as the dishes arrive. Do as I did, and enjoy a wonderful meal.

13/07/2026: The Green Monkey is our go-to spot for after-work drinks. The small terrace at the front of the establishment is perfect for that. It's also a nice place to eat. The menu is varied, the food is good, especially the burgers. I loved the ocean salad with salmon; it was well-seasoned. Perfect for lunch. The portions are generous. The shaded terrace at the back is very pleasant. It can be booked for parties or small corporate events. The only slight drawback is the railway line that runs alongside it. But you get used to it. The Green Monkey is a typical bar/brasserie.

22/07/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant completely by chance on our way back from vacation, and we weren't disappointed! However, a word of warning to those who prefer stuffy settings and elaborate protocols: this isn't the place for you! Here, you'll find the best of French hospitality: friendly, authentic, generous, and unpretentious. Special mention goes to the owner, a real character in his own right: his wit and warm welcome are worth the trip alone! People come here for the good atmosphere, the pleasure of the food, and the simple joy of sharing. And to top it all off, the best compliment came from my daughters: "It's better than McDonald's!" An excellent, down-to-earth spot, just the way we like them, which we'll definitely be keeping in mind for our next trips!
