Pizza du Bourg sur Saint-Apollinaire

I've ordered pizzas from Pizza du Bourg several times now, and honestly, I've never been disappointed! The pizzas are good, the crust is great too (the cheese on top is a bonus!), and the staff are very friendly. It's worth the trip.

Not great. No mozzarella, "Fromage" = Emmental. It's okay for workers at lunchtime and for kids, but not if you like real pizza. 🤌🇮🇪 It's like Domino's with Metro toppings, no better than the competitor La Boîte à Pizza... It's a shame, it could easily be better. But this "Cheese" is just not acceptable on a pizza; it's a French interpretation from the 2000s. Better recipes and fewer high-margin ingredients, and they could be great, well-known pizzas.

We were looking for a pizza on a Thursday evening in a town we didn't know and we found "La Pizza Du Bourg," which had the best reviews, and we weren't disappointed! The pizza was generous and flavorful, and the staff (a father and daughter) were very friendly. It's a bit far to come back for pizza, but if we did, we would gladly stop by again! We arrived during peak hours, sat down on the terrace, and by the time we'd had a drink, we were served—and served very well! Excellent pizza 👍

Friendly and professional staff. Small terrace where you can eat or have a drink. Convenient access with parking right in front of the establishment. Large selection of pizzas with the option to create your own for an extra charge. The pizzas are decent but clearly lack toppings for the price! And the ingredients aren't of very good quality. It's a convenient option, but not good value for money!
