The pizzas are pretty good and affordable. I find the giant size really good value for money. I order often; delivery is free, and for me, it's always delivered on time, sometimes even early, even though I live 9 km from the pizzeria. They might arrive a little cold towards the end of the week, but given the distance, I understand.

As I told you on the phone, your pizzas are delicious, but your delivery management is catastrophic! We called at 6:10 p.m. to be delivered on time; you announced 7:15 p.m.... and we finally got our delivery at 7:40 p.m. For a simple pizza! Tonight was the last time I'd come to your place. You're losing a good customer because you're not professional.
