Pizza Felix sur Toulouse

A great restaurant that offers excellent vegan pizza, with particularly good sourdough dough. The pizza was very filling, with a delicious mix of vegetables, vegetable bacon and vegetable cheese. Very affordable prices, and a great welcome and service from Félix and his team.

While traveling for work, I tried Felix. There are very few pizzerias where I appreciate the quality of the dough. This is the case here. The dough is crunchy and extra soft inside and made with their own sourdough. The filling is warm in quantity and above all fresh. But not only that, the first evening I chose a large burrata salad and fresh vegetables and what a great idea to serve organic bread also made with pizza dough. Honestly it was a delight. If you want to enjoy yourself at a lower cost, I advise you to stop there. In addition, which doesn't spoil anything, the service is fast and the staff is very cheerful. I will come back.
