Pizza Hut sur Toulouse

I was quite surprised; the staff took good care of us, unlike in fast food restaurants!

Respectful staff, good for a quick pizza

Overall, a rather disappointing experience. I called to ask if it was possible to order by phone and pick up in-store, as I hadn't seen that it could be done through the website. The person I spoke to on the phone told me they were in the middle of a rush, couldn't hear me, and then hung up on me, which was quite unpleasant. I finally managed to place an order online. I ordered pizzas, chicken, and garlic bread. Unfortunately, two of the four garlic breads were burnt and inedible. Furthermore, they lacked flavor: there was no garlic taste at all, and the bread was very hard. Fortunately, the pizzas were good, which somewhat redeemed the experience.

The young woman who was there today served me very well, exceptional and very friendly service, the pizza was delicious and she was working alone.

Ordered on Uber Eats, I was back in Bordeaux, I stay at the Intercontinental every time, and I didn't feel like going out or ordering room service, but I had a craving for a good old-fashioned American pizza that would fill me up 🤣🤣 We know why we go there, it's not worth the price, but sometimes you have cravings like that, like a craving for McDonald's 😅 The pan crust wasn't crispy enough for me, the cheese wasn't melted enough, a little more pepperoni 🍕 would have been perfect, but I got my fill of the fat, salt, and sugar that I was craving at the time! There are other, much better independent pizzerias in Bordeaux, but when you're craving an American-style pizza with a thick crust and pepperoni, it's perfect. However, I'm not a fan of delivery unless you can reheat it in your oven at home so it's crispy again; then it must be amazing. But in a hotel room, half-hot, half-cold, it quickly becomes sickening. In any case, there wasn't too long a wait, and they did the job, but we wouldn't eat in there either! We certainly don't go there for the decor!

Fantastic experience at Pizza Hut! The welcome was so warm, the gentleman was lovely from start to finish. Fast service, generously topped and delicious pizzas 😍 I highly recommend it, we'll definitely be back 🍕✨
