Pizza Minutes sur Chalons-En-Champagne

We had stopped going to this pizzeria because of the lack of flavor and the thin, dry crust. Last time we tried it again, knowing there was a new owner, we were very pleasantly surprised. The pizzas are excellent, with a truly superb crust!

Without a doubt, the best pizzeria in Châlons. And even more so since the change of ownership! The dough is delicious; you can tell it's homemade. The pizzas are generously topped. Takeaway pizzas come out incredibly quickly, so there's no wait. I've tried several pizzerias in Châlons, and frankly, this one far surpasses all the others. You can really see the expertise; these aren't pizzas made with pre-made ingredients. You can taste the difference, but also when you go to the restaurant and see the team preparing them right in front of you. The team is also incredibly professional, always smiling, pleasant, and energetic. The prices are very reasonable; you're a far cry from those €16 pizzas with thin crusts and meager toppings. Here, you get great taste, a great atmosphere, and a fair price. They offer something for everyone: halal, vegetarian... a real plus when it's hard to find a restaurant that caters to all dietary needs. I highly recommend it without hesitation; I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic pizzeria! The pizzas are delicious, generously topped, and the dough is absolutely perfect. Fast service and a welcoming staff. I highly recommend it!

Finally, some really good pizzas in Châlons! There's a good selection on the menu, including tomato and cream bases. I have a particular fondness for the Bufalina; it's excellent! I highly recommend it.

An excellent experience, both in terms of the food and the atmosphere! The pizzas truly reminded me of those from my childhood: thin crust, generous toppings, and bursting with flavor. The service was equally remarkable, with plenty of humor and genuine warmth. A place where you feel comfortable and where you'll definitely want to return!
